The National Day of Prayer is coming up, but if you think that this day is intended to celebrate the vast religious diversity of this nation, think again. The Religious Right has hijacked this observance and closed the doors to anyone who doesn’t accept Jesus as their personal savior. We’ll talk to the organizers of a campaign who are trying to reclaim the National Day of Prayer for ALL people of faith.


Plus…In honor of Earth Day this past Tuesday we’ll take you out into the wilderness with a woman who calls herself the Adventure Rabbi. She’ll tell us why spirituality and the outdoors are so interconnected.
