Here’s what’s coming up this weekend on State of Belief Radio –
As we celebrate a hard-earned 10th anniversary on January 15th, 2016, we’ll revisit the first interview we ever aired – with the late Walter Cronkite, “the most trusted man in America,” and an active promoter of Interfaith Alliance’s work after his retirement as anchor for CBS News.
Welton will reminisce about the earliest days of the show with our very first producer, Isaac-Davy Aronson (who today works as producer for the Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC), and communications consultant Thelar Pekar, who was instrumental in helping develop the show (and its host!) for a long-lasting run.
We’ll also hear from Rabbi Jack Moline, executive director of Interfaith Alliance, and a longtime booster of State of Belief. What opportunities for influencing the national conversation at the intersection of religion, government and politics exist in the year ahead? We’ll try to figure it out!
Follow us on Facebook for updates and bulletins – and be sure to tune in! Here’s how to listen.
